The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is on the trace of different properties worth N500M allegedly linked to Gusau Local Government Chairman Abubakar Imam in Kaduna and Kano States respectively. A senior officer of the Commission who gave his name as Mr. Dele confirmed to Zamfara Newsletters on the condition of anonymity that, "the Commission acted on the petition written against Abubakar Imam, the Executive Chairman of Gusau Local Government, by some top Gusau Local Government senior staff who were sidelined in the running of council affairs by the Chairman."
