Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle has won the just concluded APC governorship primaries

The incumbent Governor was declared winner as his main contenders; Hon. Sani Jaji, and Hon. Abdul Malik Garba Gajam withdrew from the race moments before the highly rancor free election.

Delegates from 14 Local Government Areas of the state were thoroughly screened by the security operatives before being granted access to the Zamfara State Trade fair the venue of the event to perform the all important role.
