Banditry : " we were warned by bandits not to vote for Apc, Wanzamai residents laments.

Following the yet accertain number of kidnapped teenager's in Wanzamai village under Tsafe local government area of Zamfara State by armed bandits last week Friday, the real reasons of bandits action has been revealed by a resident of Wanzamai village who declined to mention his name for the fear of his life.

According to the resident, "One week to the just concluded governatorial and state Assembly elections Nationwide " "we have been given a serious warning by one bandits leader in charge of the area ( Kachalla Buba) to not vote for Apc and that if we insist, we would shoulder the quencequences later.

Our investigations further reveals that, the bandits has also promised to release some of the children being kidnapped alledgely believe to be none Apc supporters, the report stated.

As at the time of filling this report, bandits in their large number stormed Gidan Dawa village under Maradun local government killing and beating those that vigorously campaned for Apc in 2023 governatorial and state Assembly elections.
